Welcome to Keystone Water
These Terms of Service govern your use of our services and website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Keystone Water operates from Moynalvey, Co. Meath, Ireland.
Our services
Keystone Water provides water filtration and treatment services including:
- Water testing and analysis
- Water filtration system installation
- Iron and manganese removal systems
- UV disinfection systems
- Water softening systems
- System maintenance and servicing
- Emergency repairs
Appointments and scheduling
All service appointments must be scheduled in advance, and we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for standard appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas. Additional charges may apply where special access equipment is required.
Payment terms
We accept cash, bank transfer and major credit and debit cards. Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on site conditions discovered during inspection. Late payment charges may apply to overdue accounts.
Warranties and guarantees
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the completion date, covering defects in installation but not normal wear and tear. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturers; we will assist with warranty claims.
Warranties may be void where recommended maintenance schedules are not followed, or where unauthorised modifications are made to installed systems.
Liability
We maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing plumbing or electrical issues not disclosed during initial assessment, nor for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. All work is carried out in accordance with Irish building regulations, health and safety requirements, and water quality standards.
